We envision a global community culture grounded in empowered leadership encompassing the elements of efficiency. We aim towards creating a social change by being of service to the community as an inspirational model in creating changes and producing innovations.We provide support and enhancement opportunities for crucial areas that lead to society advancement such as education, effective management, uplifting NGO capacities, and supporting crime prevention projects. We also help ensure that deliverables are matched with organisational goals towards producing results that can cater for overall enhancement of society. We strive towards establishing an environment that addresses all needs for the transformation of society.

Servebetter is dedicated to empowering NGOs to achieve the diverse societal goals which drive their respective organisations. The Servebetter team consists of leaders with broad ranging experience in leadership roles in various national level NGOs. This has inspired us and instilled in us empathy and keen interest to guide our clients towards escalating their service delivery as NGOs,  through efficient management and monitoring skills. This will enable them to better achieve the important social service obligations that they have set out to deliver.

• To render services to help NGOs and other service providers to enhance their efficiency, productivity and financial stability.

• To be actively involved in research exercises to surface factors that mitigate community development and to find effective solutions to these factors.

• To plan and execute programmes for community development covering the areas of educational, career development and societal needs.

As of today SBC has conducted a number of Consultancy Services and is in the midst of carrying out a nationwide Survey Research entitled “Management Competencies among NGO staff In Malaysia”.  SBC has also taken the initiative to provide NGO Management Courses to NGO Managers and staff in view of its primary focus which is to enhance management skills and competencies among NGO managers and staff.
